4Withdrawals & KYC Verification

To withdraw funds from wyj2, you must first complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This is entirely for your own security.

• To complete KYC verification, you'll need to upload a copy of your National ID or passport along with a recent selfie.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum limit is determined by your account level.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. During peak periods, it may take up to 48 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Wyj2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please keep the following terms in mind when using any bonus:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

If a user is found abusing the bonus system or attempting to collect bonuses through strategic manipulation, wyj2 may cancel that account's bonuses and suspend the account.

6Betting & Gaming Policy

Specific rules apply to all betting and gaming on wyj2, and all users are required to follow them:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, wyj2 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any bet found to be connected to match fixing or manipulation will be considered void.

• Wyj2 reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns.

For Sports Betting, event outcomes are determined by the decision of the relevant sports governing body. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wyj2. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system or engage in bonus arbitrage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorized access.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation.

8Account Suspension

Wyj2 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 6 months).
• When suspicious transactions or activity are detected.

9Responsible Gaming

Wyj2 firmly believes that gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. To support that, we offer the following features:
